The FUWAYTAI IN LINE Conformal Coating & Dispensing System combines CCD vision alignment with automated path generation for efficient coating and dispensing processes. Image editing functions help simplify programming and work-path setup.

A dual spray and dispensing valve design supports different fluid application requirements, including small-area spraying. Precision ball screw and servo motor transmission provide stable motion control during automated operation.

Optional AOI inspection can combine coating and fluorescence inspection within the same machine. An optional compound rotation system also supports multi-angle spraying for more flexible coating applications.
