Precision Automated Soldering for Industrial Assembly
FUWAYTAI 1-Series Automated Soldering Machine provides programmable and repeatable soldering for industrial assembly applications. The series includes LT-1200-SR and LT-1400-SR models with different working areas to support various production requirements.
The X/Y/Z/R motion system supports flexible multi-angle soldering, while programmable solder-feed control helps meet different process requirements. Both models provide ±0.01 mm/axis repeatability and support solder wire diameters from 0.4 to 1.2 mm.
A teaching pendant enables convenient programming and operation, with support for up to 100 programs. Temperature control up to 450°C and selectable cleaning methods provide flexibility for automated soldering processes.
