Dual-Station Soldering for Continuous Production

FUWAYTAI Twin-Station Automated Soldering Machine is designed for efficient and repeatable automated soldering. The dual-switching table allows loading and unloading at one station while soldering continues at the other, helping improve production throughput.

The system supports both point soldering and drag soldering for different process requirements. Flexible programming also allows the machine to handle multiple products and complex soldering tasks.

LT-1602-SR and LT-2702-SR models provide X/Y/Z/R motion, programmable solder feeding, temperature control up to 450°C, and support for solder wire diameters from 0.4 to 1.2 mm.
