The Techcon TS8100 Series is a high-performance, continuously volumetric dispensing pump engineered with advanced Progressive Cavity (PC) technology. Designed for maximum versatility, it effectively handles a wide range of industrial fluids, from low-viscosity coatings to high-viscosity greases.

At the heart of the system is a specialized stator and rotor assembly that works in tandem to provide a highly consistent dispensing output. As the rotor turns, it moves fluid through tightly sealed chambers within the stator, creating a precise volumetric flow that preserves the original shape and integrity of the material without causing shear or damage. This unique dispensing mechanism allows the TS8100 to achieve an industry-leading accuracy and repeatability of ±1%.
