Precision Two-Component Dispensing with Servo Control
The FUWAYTAI LT-400ML01-2K Servo-Driven Dispensing System is designed for precise and stable two-component material dispensing from 400 mL cartridges. As part of FUWAYTAI’s industrial dispensing systems, it uses a servo motor and ball screw drive to provide controlled material extrusion for dispensing applications.
The cage-type structural design helps maintain mechanical stability, while the plunger guidance system reduces oscillation during material extrusion. External cartridge loading also provides convenient and efficient material replacement.
An optional dispensing controller provides real-time parameter visualization. Rotary valve actuation supports higher flow rates and improves dispensing volume stability at the beginning and end of each dispensing cycle.
