A smooth internal conical fluid path helps reduce turbulent flow, back pressure, clogging, air entrapment, and dripping while allowing higher fluid flow rates. The phosphor-bronze construction with electroless nickel plating provides a rigid metal tip suitable for robotic and automatic dispensing applications.

The thin-walled tip design helps improve dispensing accuracy while reducing fluid tailing and stringing. MT Series tips are available from 18 to 30 gauge and are color-coded for easy identification.
