Description

The LETBOND® Industrial Electronic PCB Conformal Coating series is specifically engineered for the surface protection of printed circuit boards and electronic components. By applying a transparent thin-film coating, it provides essential properties such as moisture resistance, dustproofing, anti-static protection, corrosion resistance, and weatherability. The product line includes traditional Acrylic Solvent-based coatings and advanced UV + Moisture Dual-Curing types to meet the reliability and efficiency demands of the modern electronics industry.

  • 1331 Coating: A traditional acrylic transparent solvent-based coating featuring fast drying times and excellent adhesion. It is optimized for brushing, spraying, or dipping applications.
  • 1334 UV+Moisture Coating: Designed for high-volume production, featuring a dual-curing mechanism to ensure complete cure in shadowed areas and prevent uncured residue.
  • 1335 UV+Moisture Coating: A single-component, low-viscosity coating ideal for precision and high-speed application, offering flame retardancy and superior electrical performance.

  • 1334 UV+Moisture Coating:
    • Optimized for mass-produced electronics, including consumer and automotive electronics.
    • Used for connector reinforcement (PVC/PET/PI to metal) while providing anti-static and moisture-proof benefits.
  • 1335 UV+Moisture Coating:
    • Designed for high-reliability applications requiring flame retardancy (UL94 V-0), such as industrial control boards, power modules, and automotive electronic control systems.
