TS1201 Series Disposable Pinch Tube Valves provide exceptional control for both continuous and micro-shot applications of low to semi-viscous fluids. The valve operates through a spring-loaded mechanism: once the dispense cycle is complete, the air signal ceases, and the internal spring forces a piston to “pinch” the disposable feed path, effectively shutting off the flow.

The TS1201 is a hand-held version designed for manual operation, where the user controls the dispensing cycle by simply pressing or releasing a finger lever. Both the automated and manual versions feature a built-in flow rate adjustment for fine-tuning. Because the disposable pinch tube is the only part in contact with the fluid, this valve is uniquely suited for dispensing aggressive or fast-curing materials, such as two-part resins and Cyanoacrylates (CA), without the risk of valve contamination or damage.
