Pneumatic Dispensing with a Disposable Fluid Path
The Techcon TS1212 Disposable Pinch Tube Valve provides pneumatic control for continuous or micro-shot dispensing of low- to medium-viscosity fluids.
During operation, an air signal opens the valve to allow material flow. When the dispense cycle ends, an internal spring returns the shut-off piston to pinch the disposable tube, stopping fluid flow. A built-in stroke adjustment allows the shot size or flow rate to be fine-tuned.
Only the disposable pinch tube assembly contacts the dispensed material, helping prevent contamination of the valve body and eliminating routine fluid-path cleaning. The TS1212 is suitable for materials including cyanoacrylates, two-part adhesives, and UV-sensitive fluids when used with an optional black feed path.
