Techcon TS5000DMP-DCX Rotary Auger Microvalve
Precision Rotary Dispensing with Disposable Material Path
The Techcon TS5000DMP-DCX Rotary Auger Microvalve uses a disposable material path (DMP) with a replaceable feed screw for precise and repeatable fluid dispensing.
The disposable feed path can be replaced quickly without cleaning or refurbishing the valve. Multiple 6, 8, and 16 pitch feed-screw options, together with fixed or rotating tip collars, support different dispensing requirements.
The series also provides adjustable dispense rate, motor reverse capability, field-replaceable wetted parts, and optional encoder feedback for closed-loop motor control. Typical applications include solder paste, die attach, surface-mount adhesive, chip encapsulation, dam writing, two-part epoxy, and UV adhesive dispensing.
