Techcon’s patented Disposable Material Path (DMP) valve series, featuring the TS5000DMP-DCX-SR and SL models, is engineered to streamline maintenance and enhance dispensing reliability. Each valve utilizes a disposable feed screw crafted from Delrin®, making it specifically compatible with two-component and UV-curable fluids. The innovative design includes a hinged doorway that allows for the removal and replacement of the entire feed path within seconds. This process can be performed while the production line remains operational, completely eliminating the need for time-consuming cleaning or refurbishment.

These valves are the ideal solution for high-precision applications where removing equipment for maintenance is both inconvenient and costly.
