The Techcon TS5520 Fine Mist Spray Valve is designed for precise spray applications of low-viscosity materials. An external stroke control allows fine adjustment of fluid flow for controlled spray performance.
The spray cycle can be managed through adjustable fluid flow together with precise control of pre-spray, atomizing air, and post-spray when used with the TS566R Smart Spray Valve Controller.
The TS5520 provides consistent spray coverage, positive shut-off, and simplified maintenance. Typical applications include spraying conformal coatings, solvents, oils, and other low-viscosity fluids.
