The TS7000IMP Series Rotary Auger Valves utilize a feed screw to dispense fluid through rotary displacement, enabling ultra-precise control over the entire dispensing process. A key feature of its modular design is the ability to replace the feed screw and chamber (cartridge assembly) quickly and easily without removing the valve from the production machine. For added versatility, the cartridge assembly can be interchanged with TS5000DMP feed screw inserts by using the 7000-DMPBKIT retrofit kit.

The TS7000IMP series offers four feed screw sizes—8-pitch, high-output 8-pitch, 16-pitch, and 32-pitch—all precision-machined from hardened tool steel for maximum durability. For applications demanding the highest level of process stability, an encoder motor version is available to provide closed-loop motor control with real-time feedback.
