The Techcon TS7000IMP Series Rotary Auger Valve uses a feed screw with rotary displacement action for precise and repeatable fluid dispensing.
Its interchangeable material path design allows the feed screw and chamber cartridge to be replaced quickly without removing the main valve from the machine. The cartridge can also be used with compatible TS5000DMP feed screw inserts for greater process flexibility.
The TS7000IMP Series supports multiple feed screw configurations for different dispensing requirements, while encoder-equipped versions provide closed-loop motor control with encoder feedback.
