Techcon TS5540 Series Spray Valves
Precision Spray Control with Round & Fan Patterns
The Techcon TS5540 Series Spray Valves are designed for precise spray applications of low-viscosity materials. External stroke adjustment allows fine control of fluid flow for controlled and repeatable spray performance.
Round (R) and fan (F) nozzle options provide different spray patterns for various coating requirements. The valves feature FDA-compliant 303 stainless-steel construction in both the air cylinder and fluid housing, together with a field-replaceable Delrin® seat for reliable shut-off and long service life.
When used with the TS566R Smart Spray Valve Controller, the system supports precise control of pre-spray, atomizing air, and post-spray. The compact design and threaded mounting port also support integration into automated dispensing equipment.
