TS5620 Series Diaphragm Valves
Description
Diaphragm Valves are engineered to dispense low to medium-viscosity materials with high precision, accommodating a wide range of shot and bead sizes—down to a fraction of a microliter.
Equipped with an internal spring return, these valves are fully compatible with Techcon Systems time/pressure controllers. The short opening stroke ensures extremely fast response times and positive shut-off, preventing material drool. For added flexibility, an external stroke control allows operators to fine-tune shot sizes with ease.
Designed for seamless integration, the compact footprint offers mounting versatility for automated applications. These valves are built for high reliability and ease of use, featuring a low-maintenance design with user-replaceable spare parts to minimize downtime.
