Techcon TS5620 Series Diaphragm Valves
Precision Dispensing for Low- to Medium-Viscosity Fluids
The Techcon TS5620 Series Diaphragm Valves are designed for precise dispensing of low- to medium-viscosity materials across a wide range of shot and bead sizes, down to a fraction of a microliter.
A short opening stroke provides fast positive shut-off, while external stroke adjustment allows fine control of shot size. The sealless diaphragm design also creates a barrier between the wetted parts and the air cylinder, helping protect moisture-sensitive materials.
Multiple fluid-body materials are available, including UHMWPE, Delrin®, Teflon™, and stainless steel, allowing the series to support different fluid compatibility requirements. Horizontal, vertical, and hand-held configurations are also available for flexible machine integration.
