The TS5540-MS Microshot Spray Valve is engineered to apply low to medium-viscosity fluids using disposable dispensing tips. This innovative design enables the valve to produce consistent, uniform spray patterns ranging from 0.180” to 0.60” (4.6 mm – 15 mm) in diameter.

The valve features a field-replaceable UHMWPE seat, ensuring positive shut-off and significantly extending the service life. An integrated external stroke control allows operators to fine-tune fluid flow with ease. When paired with the TS566R Smart Controller, users gain total command over the spray cycle through adjustable flow rates and precise timing of pre-spray, atomizing air, and post-spray phases.

Maintenance is streamlined by eliminating conventional spring-loaded needle packings. With only a single seal to replace during routine service, operational downtime is virtually eliminated.

The TS5540-MS series is constructed with FDA-compliant 303 Stainless Steel for both the air cylinder and fluid housing. Its compact footprint and threaded mounting holes ensure seamless integration into automated production lines.
