Precision Micro-Spray Dispensing for Small Areas
The Techcon TS5540-MS Micro Spray Valve is designed for precise spray applications of low- to medium-viscosity fluids using disposable dispensing tips. It produces uniform spray patterns from approximately 4.6 mm to 15 mm in diameter for controlled small-area coating.
An external stroke control allows fine adjustment of fluid flow, while the replaceable seat provides positive shut-off and extended valve life. The valve is suitable for applications requiring precise spraying between closely spaced or tall components.
When used with the TS566R Smart Spray Valve Controller, the system supports control of pre-spray, atomizing air, and post-spray. Typical applications include conformal coating, lubrication, activator spraying, and other precision spray processes.
