Precision Dispensing with Adjustable Suck-Back

The Techcon TS5322 Mini Spool Valve is designed for precise dispensing of medium- to high-viscosity fluids across a wide range of shot and bead sizes. Its compact form factor provides higher accuracy at lower operating pressures than larger spool-valve designs. 

A balanced spool design provides fast ON/OFF dispensing, while adjustable suck-back helps prevent dripping after each dispense cycle. The valve can operate in single-acting mode with an internal spring return or in double-acting mode using air closing. 

The TS5322 supports fluid pressures up to 500 psi and viscosities up to 1,000,000 cP, making it suitable for compact automated dispensing applications.
