Techcon TS5420 Precision Needle Valve
Precise Shot & Bead Dispensing with Adjustable Flow Control
The Techcon TS5420 Precision Needle Valve is designed for accurate dispensing across a wide range of shot and bead sizes. External stroke adjustment allows fine control of dispense volume for repeatable fluid application.
The pneumatically actuated valve can operate with an internal spring close for single-acting use or be configured for air closing in double-acting operation. Its compact design supports easy integration into automated dispensing equipment.
The TS5420 handles fluid pressures up to 300 psi and materials with viscosities up to approximately 100,000 cP. Typical applications include dispensing lubricants, UV adhesives, solvents, inks, oils, primers, and activators.
